We are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical, and Wellness products manufactured in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, and the applicable guidelines issued by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. Every product undergoes quality control checks before dispatch to support safety, purity, consistency, and quality.
Because our products fall within the healthcare and wellness category, returns are accepted only in limited cases. A return or replacement may be requested if the customer receives a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product.
Customers must raise a return request within the applicable return period and share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and invoice. This helps our team verify the issue and process the request efficiently.
Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery due to improper handling are not eligible for return. Returned items must match the condition reported at the time the request is submitted.
All returned products are subject to review by our Quality Assurance team after receipt. Based on the inspection, we may approve a replacement, issue a refund where applicable, or reject the request if the product does not meet our return conditions.
If the return is approved, OMKAYA HERBALS will process the replacement or refund accordingly. Refunds, where approved, will be initiated through the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
OMKAYA HERBALS reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with this Return Policy.
